Introduction to my Year and a Day of Thank you Notes

I was on my Facebook, just like everyday and there is this wonderful witch that I follow named 'CharmingPixieFlora' and she announced she had heard about this book.  "365 Thank Yous" by John Kralik. It's about a guy who writes a Thank you note a day for a year and how it changed his life.
I have decided as a way to battle my inner demons and my depression and anxiety I am going to do this blog as a daily way to give back and to clear my mind and aid in my spirituallity.
